1. Customized Products
All custom-made or personalized products (including furniture made to specific dimensions, colors, or materials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
2. Ready-Made Products
You may return ready-made items within 3 days of receiving the product, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original packaging and condition.
You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
After approval, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund based on the situation.
