• Ready-made items: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
• Customized orders: Production time varies depending on the design, and an estimated delivery time will be shared before starting.

3. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday during working hours.
• Our team will contact you before the delivery date to confirm and coordinate.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees vary depending on:
  • Order size
  • Product type
  • Delivery location
• The exact fee will be communicated upon order confirmation with our customer service team.

5. Delays or Failed Deliveries

• If delivery is delayed or failed due to the customer being unavailable or inaccessible location, a new delivery appointment will be scheduled.
• Haven Home is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or force majeure.
